Hassle-Free Returns. Customer-Centric Refunds.

At Navaro Calibration, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible items under the following terms:


🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return items within 7 calendar days of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is incomplete or missing key components

  • You ordered the wrong item and it’s still sealed / unused

Custom-ordered products, calibrated units, or software-activated tools are not eligible for return unless defective.


📦 Return Instructions

  1. Contact our support team at return@navarocalibration.com with:

    • Order number

    • Description of issue

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 1–2 business days.

  3. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging.

  4. Ship to our return address (provided in RMA).

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect.


💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer,  etc).

  • For corporate orders: credit notes or replacement options are also available.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened tools (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

  • Software or digital licenses

  • Clearance or sale items marked “Final Sale”
